NBN Cricket and Sports Promos and Station ID (1993)

A promo for Nine and NBN's cricket and sports coverage, plus NBN's station ID from early 1993. NBN carried Nine's sports coverage (as an affiliate, of course), and also covered Newcastle Knights games, back in the days before pay television. NBN still carried most Knights games until the early 2000s, as part of a deal between themselves and Optus (I think, please correct me if wrong).

Recorded by a recently-deceased uncle off NBN-3 Newcastle (he lived there) in early 1993. Converted by me from VHS to DVD

I think that might have been from the WCW - I do recall Nine and NBN airing that back in the day.

NBN (when they were still independent) aired WWE (then WWF) programming in the mid 1980's to Early 90's it aired on a week delay.

Network Ten also aired WWE Programming from 1995-1999

It also aired on a week delay but due to live coverage of other sports in 1998, It was changed from a week delay to a 6 month delay with the exception of WWE RAW.

WWE Programming now airs on FOX8 up to date on tape delay as of 2000.

Yeah true and they took WWF programing back in the 1980s
