PLEASE BE CAREFUL near, taking part in or organising flashmobs. My brother (a wacky PR type) got a negligence conviction after organising one last year.
A 40+ group of dancers burst into a hi-energy routine in the middle of Leeds to promote a new sports drink. Unfortunately a passer-by took exception to this & stabbed a male dancer, leading to career-ending injuries. At his trial the guy said the victim’s “provocatively gay movements” made him do it- thus leading to my brother’s prosecution.
