  • A bit confused, i seem to be missing the finer detail of this sketch, i didnt understand it much

  • the point, as I see it, is the banality and the extreme politeness, it goes beyond the absurd and frankly I find it hilarious. :)

  • If you woudln't know it better (but we all do I guess), you could assume we have here two very bad actors who try to play secret agents

...but... this... dry behaviour about everything xD I mean they even talk about TORTURE? In that very casual and calm and oh-so-happy tone... this is ... it's FUNNY! XD

  • @MeonProductions Would you care to explain that water is wet next, please?

  • this is so funny. really well crafted and subtle.

  • god that was hilarious!

  • Those who don't know them and their talents might think they are bad, but those that know how good actors they are can see how brilliant it is.

  • Very kids story-ish from a children's television program presenter. Love it! :D

  • Ah, the joy of complete, uninterrupted sentences...

  • THE 14TH OF MAY. IS. MY BIRTHDAY. *happiness*

  • I always thought it was supposed to sound like they're talking in code

  • They sound like two MGIMO finishers

  • Also I think it contrasts with the extreme sophistication that spy films try to convey, the second,third,etc-guessing of the other person. Perhaps it's a gentle message that in fact, the true British secret service, in contrast to their favourable portrayal in films, were perhaps a bit less sophisticated in allowing the Soviets infiltrate them to such an extent...
