Anvil clouds don't produce any rain or hail up to the ground. The rain and hail can be blown infront of the storm, but the anvil doesn't producere anything, except some positive lightning strikes...

Half right. Anvil clouds cant produce hail but large hail can be blown in front of the storm and also from the main upwind through the anvil cloud within strong upper wind flow. So it seems like hail fall direct out of the anvil cloud.
