Trash Track
Hundreds of small, smart, location-aware tags deployed in Seattle and New York track different types of trash through the citys waste management system, revealing the often surprising journeys of our everyday objects in a series of real time visualizations.

One in a series of five interviews with the designers who participated in the Architectural League's 2009 exhibition, Toward the Sentient City, in which they reflect on how their work explores implications of ubiquitous computing for architecture and urban space.
