An interview with Jim McGraw, one of the lawyers for a defendant in the Help
the Needy Muslim charity case. McGraw's client Ayman Jarwan received 15
months and was released in December, 2006. He is now awaiting deportation
to Jordan. Dr. Rafil Dhafir, the charity's founder, was sentenced to 22
years for sending aid to starving Iraqi civilians during the brutal U.S. and
U.K. sponsored UN embargo on that country. More information can be found

Ive known James over 30 years, unfortunately. His associate, during a short recess, left the courthouse and disappeared. We had to find him and tell him the proceedings were not over yet. Later, James arranged a meeting with police officials and myself where they interrogated me and wanted me to give them information. James never told me prior what was going on and he didn't think it important to be there. That same day I fired him.****WARNING PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK***
