I got this game on day one when I was younger, and threw it aside because I thought AOE 2 and AOM was better. I tried it again thinking maybe I could understand it better this time around. I just ended up throwing it aside again; it's dumbed down from AOE2 and AOM, but tries to make up for it with better graphics. Some of the features for it are also completely stupid, such as Revolution. This game really does not deserve the "Age of Empires" name.

@gamer6595 We can only dream. RTS games are a dying genre these days. If you want the latest but not the greatest, theres AOE:O. It makes me want to cry seeing the great series of AOE turn into a cartoony pos.

I don't remember which side EA was on, but I know there was a level of people either higher or lower, but I just know that the higher levels supported SOPA while the lower ones didn't. I think it was probably EA.
