OUCH. girl in the middle of back row! Don't ever do your chinese splits like that again!! that's bad for you!
your heels are supposed to be on the floor, with your toes pointed either up in the air or straight with your legs.
Doing that with your toes pointed forward (like you did in this video) can throw your hips out of place after a lot of years doing it that way =[
