Chapter 22 of my FE6 HM 0% growths run, completed in 9 turns.
I had 2 uses of my Hammerne staff and a full Warp and Rescue staff, so I figured why not? This was infinitely more painless than any other brute force strategy would have been. I took advantage of Apocalyse's +5 mag to increase Niime's staff range from 15 to 18, which enabled rescuing Roy from his starting position on the opposite side of the map. There was no unit in my army capable of defeating Zephiel in 1 turn, so after Roy opened the door to the throne room I loitered around for 2 turns to let the enemies (namely, the mamkutes and druids) rush out.
Unfortunately, this strategy involves getting none of the treasure, but none of it would have helped me much anyway. I still have a nice surplus of silver weapons, and chapter 24 requires pretty much exclusively divine weapons, so I did not need the White Gem. I also have an unused Sleep staff. The Dragonshield would not have made any significant difference, as 40 atk WLs hurt whether you have 18 def or 20.
