  • Thanks for this video , i just got RM1X yesterday.

    You should do another one with a good camera (borrow a friends or get them to video) showing each stage of your tweaking.I am loving this machine , now on page 49 of the manual, recording :)

  • @happyendy the MC-307 actually has a far more powerful synth engine than the rm1x. Roland took their GS sound canvas engine and made the MC-303, Yamaha took their XG sound engine and used it to create the Cs1x and rm1x. The 307 is actually more versatile than the mc-505 but is much more fiddly to program due to the limited controls.

  • Superb tutorial, excellent for what I just need to my rm1x if I so make dubstep, or something that needs wobble bass... It must have been hard to figure out how to do this, big props for that...
