Hi I made something like that one year ago... but I used kalman filter, and I controlled the mouse with it, I used the same kind of glove ^^, my processing gets near 0.05s and with the kalman filter I get the points more smothly

As you've done this via the C++ route, it would be cool to get your opinion on doing this type of development in a graphical coding environment - advantages/disadvantages, what you would need to make it useful, etc. (see video reply)

you might try using kalmanfilter or particlefilter to get it working more accurate when drawing
