I agree. At least that's how it'll be in the beginning. Who knows how quickly things will develop from there.
Just look at how the Internet first started and the development that took place leading to such a quick shift in how we do business today

Someone is going to make a ton of money with cloud computing, imagine having access to a high end computer and developer software for only a fraction of the cost. That will be awesome. Similar to the render farms you can access for a monthly fee.
