Using limericks is a fantastic way to improve your rhythm and intonation in English. In this short video we explain how this can help you, give you a quick example of a lymeric, and show you how to use it to improve your English.

    by using thes rhymes

    he improved in no time

    and now speaks better than i can. lol

  • humorous and useful. One of the restrictions of the Limerick is the pattern of the rhyme and the rhythm or beat, which rappers need to learn. Don't try to FORCE the syllables into the syllable pattern. Too many "free styling" rappers try to put 15 syllables in one line and the next line gets 24 syllables and they think they are creating a poem. Sorry, the limerick is a good way to force critical thinking skills.
