Kasrvnotebook: Pariah, originally the name of the Pariah caste of Indian Hindu society, has gained widespread use as an analogy, especially in the phrases "social pariah" and "pariah nation" or "pariah state" as a term for anyone considered an outcast, isolated, or different by others. An early recorded use in English of the term can be found in a 1850 speech on Greek foreign affairs made by British politician Palmerston. The word is sometimes considered to be offensive to the Pariahs.

KASR VIDEO was a weekly 2 hour offshoot of the Arizona State University's original alternative radio station that aired on public access in Phoenix. The music video show featured rarely scene and new music not in the "main stream." Along with non-conventional interviews it became a guilty pleasure with the midnight party crowd.
