Northrop Grumman video of its MQ-8B Fire Scout vertical take-off and landing unmanned aircraft undergoing extreme-environment testing in the United Arab Emirates.
@evinado1 the US is the only military currently using the fire scout ..NGC has been doing demo flights for foreign countries . potential sales in the future. and from what ive seen Arab country's could use them. there "pilots " wad up trainers like there beer cans. not saying Arabs cant fly helicopters , they just cant land them
@pele220 Hmm.... I'm trying to figure it out whether they have one or not. I was about to edit wikipedia and include the UAE as having them ( currently it says only the U.S. does) but then I looked at the description of this video and now I'm not so sure. I think this is just tests taking place in the UAE. Why the drone would have UAE painted on it is beyond me though.... anyone got an answer for this?
@evinado1 UAE doesn't have one only here in the US
