crysis bugs and balance issues

Crysis Demo on Delta (max) difficulty
0:01 bug - Enemy's hand and gun clips though wooden toilet wall.
0:01 bug - Cannot shoot through wooden toilet wall, however he tries to shoot you (because of clipping).
0:35 bug - no one came towards the alley even though i was last seen heading towards the alley.
0:40 balance - grenade should have far larger blast radius (at least for Delta difficulty).
0:48 balance - i was reloading and should have died...
0:57 balance - energy and hp recharge too fast, regenerated to full behind wall.
1:11 gameplay - how does the enemy groan when he has been shot in the head?!? (not sure on this one, never seen in real life lol)
1:20 bug/balance - can the enemy even detect sound?!? he should have heard me running.
1:38 bug/engine - game slows down to 5fps for next 15secs (no explosions or other intensive effects occurrred).
2:39 bug - car driving past should notice 4 soldiers shooting into bush and aid them (parked car and waited...).
3:57 balance - enemy behind me should have shoot earlier, as soon as i started shooting at enemy in front.
4:04 bug/balance - sound again, they should have heard the gunshots 10 metres away and came running.
4:32 balance - compared to other enemies the boat is too accurate (he was a dot on the horizon...)
5:32 bug/balance - boat took too long to respond to incoming fire, especially when it was shooting at me 15ses ago.
5:44 gameplay/bug - the crew are still alive and should have infinate ammo, but boat is leaving...
6:00 gameplay - next objectives should arrive when i got in the boat instead of 15secs later for me to cross an invisible 'line' (especially when next objective involves use of boat...)

finished full game on delta, and unfortunately you cannot shoot though most walls, even wooden ones. However you can shoot though the cracks in wooden fences.

It´s only here or we have a bug in water reflection ? The reflection looses the synch with the environment. Just look for 5 seconds, any water. Using geforce 8800gts 640mb superclocked / drivers nvidia 169.01 beta, 1024x768 and all settings on max possible. S.O. : win vista ultimate .

so it happens to you too? I thought it might have just been my hardware because in the official videos it seems to be in sync. Probably because the official videos are running on extremely high end hardware at over 60fps so the sync is less noticeable.
