Motorcade of President Barack Hussein Obama in Paris 6 June 2009

This video was taken with a Nokia E71 smartphone as I did not have my Sanyo Xacti HD2 with me. What is odd is that Obama was not in his custom bomb-proof limousine but rather in a heavily armored Chevy Suburban. I saw his face so unless it was his double, it was him. Other YT videos confirm that he was travlling in the suburban during his Paris visit. Place Saint Michel is in the background. This is a quai along the Seine across from Quai des Orfevres.

@marcsw5000 Each state in the USA has its own laws. There are no federal laws governing lighting unlike in the UK or in France. In France, blue is used for all emergency vehicles. Red is not used at all except on the presidential limousine of Sarkozy.
