Avast Home boot scan deletes over 13,000 viruses & trojans

this computer had the evil virus/worm called Rammit B
it invected everything!!! even the restore partition.
so I had to wipe both partitions I then merged them into one
and installed windows 7 cos the restore partition and xp
was so damaged even after the viruses were removed.

Avast is basically a nuke to viruses. Can't be stopped.

i should have heard of this before my wireless card got disabled and cant go on the internet by i think a virus in my system files
