We have no reason to compromise. So many other games are MMOs and co-ops; one damn game can be singleplayer. And since the man in charge of TES says no multi-player, this can be that one game.
So the inexorable march of multiplayer stupidity is... slowed. One series without teabagging, griefing or preteens with vulgar/ooc names. One game that doesn't use up the finite resources of its creators on something I don't want. One game designed from the bottom up for a lone adventurer.

I think talos would be quite a metalhead, had it been around in 1E. (as would most nords)

@flyingspagetti whoh, who said anything about it being a mmo? I'm thinking more in terms of personal servers like mine craft. and multilayer not being required. like new super mario bros wii. your buddies will serve as companions in a epic quest.
also, having one installment of a game that you dislike would not be cause to give up on the series.
