her book "Everything I'm Cracked Up To Be" is awesome. I had never heard of her but I picked up her book and now listening to her songs and seeing the videos she talks about in that book is awesome. read it!

@MarksCoffeeHouse2 Yeah this is true, it's a shame things don't always work out for truly talented people. But as long as you're out there doing what you love doing, it doesn't really matter how famous you get. I'm a singer-songwriter myself and I just love doing it, who cares about fame? :D

@theunusualgirl Just finished the book and agree it's very good. Too bad things didn't take off for her in a big way. One of those mysteries of the music business. She's better than 99% of the crap out there. Go figure.

I was the fat guy on the bike, wearing the army jacket in the video. It was shot in April of 1995; and while the small stipend was certainly cool, what was even cooler was the inreraction with the band and the crew during the making of this video. Jen Trynin and her band were cool as fuck as hang out pals; and, while the waiting around between shots parts sucked fucking dick, the end result was great:
