  • @Vurlp I still can't do a full planche, but I have been practicing. Google for planche training and you'll find my blog about it.

  • @TheRetardOnTheLoose Thanks! And yes that exercise will work your lower back, but you're probably better off doing deadlifts (check out my tutorial).
