  • Mato is known by people who know great guitar players. And what a gentleman. Met him at Mexicali Blues in Teaneck, NJ. Too bad the family band broke up.

  • Mato and his family deserve serious credit for their skills:)

  • he gives me chills- i know- he should be WELL KNOWN- he is so good!

  • Best Hear My Train a comin cover ever known. They do Jimi proud.

  • What a great gtr player Mato is and he had a very powerful sound! I dig that :)

  • pretty different than jimi's but i dig it. this song doesn't get enough attention.

  • im native and i do not believe this comment. but i do believe that they would have made it big time if the Original band stayed together. my 2 cents.

  • I got to meet the original band backstage at Santa Cruz Blues Festival-they all signed my Indigenous DVD- So Cool! I too wish they had stayed together, Wambdi on the drums, Horse on the bongos, Pte on bass...damn they rocked it...Mato still does--- thank god.

  • I've seen them at a bluesfest....they are an awesome band

  • cause he's native american, its hard for us natives in the music industry.
