Tai Chi is an ancient martial arts. This is one of the commercials used to promote the cultural diversity of Australia. I love the commercials made by SBS. They are in such stark contrast to those made by, say, Channel 10, which are so self indulgent and arrogant, with stupid slogans and flashy, in-your-face graphics, that its almost laughable.
