At the end of a very long hard-working week,it's so fun to have something great to look forward to on a Friday night.

Instead of getting a movie, watching someone else dance (Richard Gere, JLO in "Shall We Dance" and eating popcorn and sit (yawn), go salsa dancing! Put on your beautiful skirt, red lipstick, put a big flower in your hair. Go! Have Fun! Shake it up and do something different.

Friday night's a great time to reconnect with your spouse, friends, family, maybe get a new circle of friends! Work on the social/emotional aspect of you with a fun Friday night makeover. Enjoy it, have fun, and look forward to Friday nights from now on.

When you're doing makeovers of other kinds, naturally it will spill over into your other activities.

Great fun time danciing Dianne, it's fun dancing. I like to watch videos also
