  • ...for a strong left side, then a step to the left to release evrything.

  • Great video! A small hint for you though, look at the other foot...

  • Clockwise rotation...

  • Présentation dynamique du Grand Hogan

  • Merci

Ben Hogan disait que tout partait des pieds et dans les grands drives il y a un très gros transfert du pied droit AVANT la fin du back swing sur le pied gauche. La musique c'est pour le fun...

  • Forgot to mention - gets the right side through with much more extension.

  • Gets the weight over for sure

  • it's the angle of the right foot (between the toe and heel) in the downswing that controls the angle of the club face as it passes the right leg. once the heel starts to rise the club face starts to close, if the HEEL drags like that the face stays square to the arc for longer. I believe it's why he insisted on a square right foot at address, because it matched his square club face.

  • yeah your right...the right foot coming up is a by product of the hips pivoting. The foot does not come up intentially.

  • The reason his right foot slides is because of his aggressive pivot turn. Take a look at his hips, they're over and past the left leg pointing towards the target. That kind of move would make anybodies right foot slide.
