I don't think she's much of a singer either...but hey, neither was Jon Anderson. The BP are amazing otherwise

She has a very nice voice, but she's singing out of tune. Definitely. One could only ask if it was intentional or just an unhappy night. I think it doesn't mather, cause it sucks, anyway. The Bad Plus is a wonderful band, superb musicians, extremely original work. They doesn't need such an awful "help".

the detuned singing is intentional, i heard the studio version on the radio the other day and thought "what the heck is happening here?"
it's just their interpretation of the song, each member of the band is pushing/pulling the tempo to their own liking and creating general awesomeness
