when your on the weights, your arms are way too stiff. When you release the weights loosen up a bit :L if you know what i meant, otherwise it will not train your muscles.

im a golfer and i work out, but ur not working out right. dont worry about how big you arms are compared to how strong your core is. instead of lifting at the gym throw a medicine ball or do situps with one and your swing will get wayyy faster... hope this helps

Dude I am also a golfer and i go to the gym 5 times a week and when you are working out for golf you need to focus on your core and your back and also you need to do low weights and lots of reps. If you keep doing high weight like that you are going to hurt yourself. You don't want to be built like a football player you want to be built like a golfer. That means you get a 6 pack and focus on your side and your back too. Trust me I worked out just like you and now
