It has a street fighter feel, and the characters are different enough to make it its own game. It has Street Fighter Alpha'esc qualities, but you shouldn't think its just a reskin of the Alpha games. Definitely worth owning.

well in my opinion the "street fighter feel" mentioned below is very minimal. to just pick up the game for the first time and pick a random character besides donovan and expect to just roll the pad around in a bunch of typical Sf moves your not going to get to far. I like it now because even though it was odd at first, the game was appealing to me so i put the time into learning how to play ;)

its very different, i played sf for yrs and i remember when i first got this game on ps1 i really didnt like it because its rather odd compared to street fighter, but now i love it

this game was only released on saturn in japan, so ull have to buy the port if you want the saturn version, otherwise its on ps1 as darkstalkers 3..the american darkstalkers release is a different one in the series, night warriors

The Playstation version was released in the U.S., but the Saturn version was Japan only.
