http://kinoyoga.com/ This is a clip taken during my home practice. I'm a little stiff today :-) But this is a slight improvement in Partivttasana A. This is one of the movements in the practice that has pushed my boundaries for what I believe is possible. I am thankful for the journey! I am experimenting with shooting with my iPhone and editing on iMovie and uploading directly. I hope it looks alright.
