The Cleveland management is incompetent anyway - they failed to surround LeBron with good role players and expected him to beat the likes of the stacked Celtics and Magic. Mo Williams was the second best player on the team! What a joke! They even downgraded the coach to Byron Scots, whom Jason Kidd had feud with back in New Jersey and was eventually replaced cuz he simply couldn't coach!
