  • This is wrong. These judges should go to jail.

  • Sorry, but the Indiana Supreme court has NO AUTHORITY to remove a right granted by the US Constitution.

  • THIS IS TREASON. the highest offense. and what do we do. nothing. the people will punish you properly.

  • you better get your shit straight or people are gonna start cleaning the streets. starting with people exactly like you. this isn't a threat its a promise. so shove it. and i hope you all die or move to a third world country you people are the ones truly trashing this country. id kill anyone

  • the Judges who voted for ending the 4th amendment rights should be removed from their jobs and prevented from ever working as a judge or taking any public office.

  • Whoever wrote and voted for this law should be dealt with in the most severe

manner. In my eyes, this amounts to treason! This gov't needs to go...every last one of them. From Obama all the way down to the attitude infested police dept.

  • @TheGrayman1234 - damn right. no state court has that authority... but somehow the president does. stupid country is going to sh**. well...good thing i dont live in Indiana

  • The ruling should be overturned, as it is too broad. The courts should address the issues presented in each case based upon the facts, not make broad sweeping rulings like this one. The court overstepped it's bounds on this one.

  • I live in Texas if anyone comes into my home with out an invitation they will be shot but when a call too 911 comes from your home asking for help that is in my opinion an open invitation kick my door in and help me I am a 42 yr old male And that woman beater will get his day in court and will pay from hell But I will not let anyone uninvited into my home unless I called 911for help or if they have a warrant

  • Judges are empowered by politicians, not voters; so they serve the fascist in office, not the community... let's remind them who pays them and who they are in service of.

  • I wonder if they realize that this could open the door for all kinds of illegal entry by people who claim to be police authority. No thanks. I'll just close my door and lock it if they don't have a warrant. They aren't getting in unless they produce a warrant, or break the door down.
