This is a complete bull... It is obvious that his knowledge on the topic is very shallow and also it is a little bit freaky so to say, that a man with african heritage, is so supportive of a genocide dressed up like charity. Wake up, it's the mental povery skyrocketing, not aids. AIDS is a lie, it's the meds that kill, not hiv. It's the most studied virus ever, why more funding for research ? It is total waste of time and effort.

Since when would ANY form of health coverage PREVENT "......contracting AIDS in the first place"...? Fact, it would not. What a lie.
Does auto insurance prevent car accidents? Of course not.
Secondly, investment in "basic science and research" has NOT flatlined. To the contrary, funding and research has INCREASED as per private sector labs who are best at securing results.
Yet again, more deliberate lies to get your vote and your money.
