Super Contra (AC) ~ Custom Opening Soundtrack

The Super Contra video is divided into 2 parts because of the 10-minute YT limit. A link appears at the end to PART2, the gameplay.

For the intro I wanted something different. Having just come off of the Dracula X and Gradius 2 custom soudtrack vids, I felt I could do the same for the opening, but I needed the sound effects for Super Contra. Bumped into a program called Hoot, which is a sound emulator for many many japanese computer and arcade games (and more). Super Contra was supported, so getting the SFX was easy. The arranged version of "What is this place?" I have on a CD called Konami GM Hits Factory II and it's the first track.
