@killhk416
I think of the final part of this song as a conservation between a man and his recently ex-girlfriend who wants to reunite with him. But he explains how the relationship between him and her (a vessel to carry you and me) has finished (now sits at the bottom, the bottom of the sea) and from that wreckage of a relationship he met someone else (It's formed a natural reef, upon which new things have grown) and this new person is wonderful (Things so wonderful that I have never known)
