To answer the poll question, I would not let my daughter (if I had one) play with Black Canary Barbie for the specific reason that this particular doll (and others with "Black Label" embossed on their boxes) are intended to be cherished collector's items! They are not meant to be opened up and played with! I don't see why parents get so pissed off and riled up when they come across dolls like this!

It's funny, I asked someone who was getting rid of some dolls- if I could have a few to dress and film after I got my bolex camera- she freaked when I explained what I wanted to do- she said it was Satanic- and wouldn't give them to me. Bad influence , very scary and of course Baby Jesus wouldn't approve she says.
