It was discovered in china in about 150 AD when Chinese were looking for immortality. But the use of gunpowder was put to use in 1800s. OK what about Medicine? Ancient medicine was everywhere. Middle east, europe, china. People had their own medicines. All this has nothing to do with secret service or other latest things i was talking about.
