Trauma Center: New Blood Challenge 4 Co-op XS rank

I love this game now that I can play with my brother, who is also great at this. This challenge also seems perfect for co-op, since there's a billion things happening at once. lol

Also, we have a 4th place score (as of posting) on the leaderboards from our first try (this is our second, since we didn't really want to record our first try 'cause we might make a mistake) which is around 2k or so better than this score. :o

And so you know, I'm the yellow dot and Mike's the purple/blue dot. lol

and add MOAR guilt, stigma and other stuff and create 3 MOAR neo guilt!
