  • hey...i really loved the recipe and it was very detailed....also the stainless steel olive oil can got my attention....really loved it.......can you tell me where can i buy it?

  • @purnimamandava : We bought that at a kitchen store quite a few years ago...but recently saw it at a TJ Maxx.

  • I don't suppose there's aaaany way to make this without deep frying? I have your wonderful book and love the healthy adjustments you make. Since I never tried mutiyas I wouldn't be missing any authenticity... I tried just frying chickpea and white flour and it didn't work. Not sure how to cook flours all the way through without deep frying.

  • @foodpuppie : We have heard of folks steaming the muthiya but have personally, never tried it so can't give much advice on the timing or the flavor... Do let us know if you do.

  • Wonderful!!!!! Looks delicious!!!!!

  • @BarleyJack72 yes, they are the same thing, that's why I think the meant to put coriander in parentheses instead of cilantro again. ;)

  • @Liselorebon coriander and cilantro are the same thing, no?

  • @Liselorebon Or I think maybe they meant to put "dhania" in parentheses?

  • 1:40 12 sprigs of Cilantro (Cilantro) --> you probably meant to put (Coriander)?
