  • @maluorno Please google canola oil. In the first results you will find some "the danger of/how toxic" etc. Please get your facts straight before spitting out such bullshit, the best oil to fry with is peanut seed oil.

  • And I just noticed you're using canola oil.. oh dear, you know that oil was not meant for human consumption right?

"But really you need an oil that's going to be to a much higher temperature" The smoking point of olive oil is between 5/10°C lower than other oils, you don't use olive oil for frying because it's too flavourful, and so you need a more neutral oil, not because of the temperature, you stupid and uneducated idiot.
