If believing in stopping climate change makes you part of a cult, believing in stopping racism should also be a cult, believing in stopping cruelty animals should be considered a cult.
The sad thing is you claim you are not ignorant for saying... hey deforestation does no harm, spilling oil, and letting chemicals into our waters and air does not harm. That just plain stupid. How did the world get so stupid, when the world never had such a high amount of resources to refer to?

Allow me to show you what your argument sounds like in terms you may understand.
'Sorry, there will be no open debates while round earth is a cult. Anyone who questions it is called a denier. All good scientists question things and are allowed to do so, unlike religious cults.'
Please do research before formulating opinions.
Even if global warming were a hoax, it doesn't change the fact that we are losing biodiversity, sources of medicines which we discover from the rainforests and hundreds of species. We are polluting our water making it harder to disinfect, leaching chemicals to our groundwater which pollutes our soils and thus our crops and creating new cancers.
If the environment, the space in which we all live (unless you live on the moon) isn't important enough, you have no right to complain bout any disease

Right on ericaforrest. Tuvalu has come out on the forefront of this issue. And this Saturday, at Copenhagen, the ethics dimensions of climate change is going to be addressed. Any friends there able to grab and share footage?

Cool. is he getting tapped to keep moving this part of the equation forward? as fast as policy must be getting bandied about in order to get below that 350 CO2 level I keep wondering if these voices of experience are there?Do you know? It's easy to get discouraged.
