Here are all the electrodes I used to evaluate HHO gas production. It has been fun so far!

  • Can't wait to see what you post next!!!

  • Next I would like to understand a little more about electrolytes and what's the ideal mixture to use, then I'll be onto trying SS316 plates and a more in depth look into PWM.

    Fun fun fun!

  • good to see you trying different cell configurations.keep up the good work!

  • I appreciate your nice words, especially coming from an HHO expert like you!

  • Here is a summary (all experiment at 12 Volts):

    - Concentric pipes (Joe Cell) work best (5 amps, good HHO bubbles), but SS304 leaks iron, should use SS316.

    - Double helix SS316 wires make much smaller bubbles, wire tends to overheat. I should make holes in the nylon support to have more uniform spacing.

    - SS316 flat mesh plates draw 9 amps, too much

    - two concentric cylinders of SS316 mesh draw 20 amps, get hot, HHO bubbles remain trapped in the mesh.

    Next step: solid SS316 plates
