We Arabs, we ARE very happy when we hear an American/Serb/Russian speak Arabic improperly. But, why do we like to scoff and laugh at those Arabs who are NOT fluent English speakers? Why is that? Knowing that it's hard for anyone to speak a language which is not his/her mother tongue.
I see we don't rag foreigners about their bad Arabic.
