@returningliberty Obviously it's well known that this happens in the government military too, but the difference is that in the military the aggressive recruitment only results in bad characters coming in, the training comes later, whereas with PMCs there is a presumption of some prior experience and training. More importantly with a government military the ultimate aim of lowered recruitment standards isn't simply to make more money, unlike PMC.

@returningliberty It is BW's fault if instead of declining contracts due to lack of manpower they lower recruitment standards and guidelines to the point where any joe who fancies himself a mercenary can join up, just to fill spots. This doesn't just endanger the people they are supposed to protect, but the aforementioned joes who only realise they're in over their heads in the middle of a firefight.
