Wouldn't she be digested by the horse? Well, anywho this scene scared the shit out of me as a little kid and after since my older cousin used to scare me by saying she would swallow me whole too. She even went as far as to wake me up in the middle of the night by putting her stomach next to my ear and tell me she was digesting our neighbor!
