When I think about it I begin to think that The Droogs were one of the only bands in the world who understood where Sonic's Rendezvous Band were coming from and really felt that grungey hard rock feeling. Another band like that was The Testors from NYC. Their 'Timeis Mine' 45 rates with this.

Thanks for responding Leonards. You know I can't help wondering if your YouTube name could be in any way inspired by The Dickies (another favorite LA band of mine).

Big fans of The Dickies, but the band name was brought about when booking rehearsal time. without a band name , the guy that booked the time got the band named after him. hence guitarist Lenonard. "what's the name of the band?" "just put it under Leonard" and the rest is rock folklore!!!
