@JAYMANNN9 no it clearly says around. You're stupid if you think the difference is precisely 12% every single time with no margin of error. Think.

Just a lil baby swing here. Sick tempo
-
12%? This just proves that 94.2% of statistics are totally made up.
-
lol exactly 12% in difference?
-
hes just stroking a soft fade here. its a soft stinger

It gives them more control of the ball, because the wind is always a factor. And they don't really need the distance.
-
Most Pro/Good players has an negative (1 or 2 degrees downwards) angle of attack on the driver.

@gaspsys Really? Is Tiger hitting this ball on the 'upswing'? pause him post impact and tell me how the club is traveling 'up'. the loft of the club is pointing up, but the club is traveling 'down' as it moves through the ball. teeing it high ensures that you'll hit the ball above the center of the face which is where the spin rate is optimal (lower). If the angle of attack is shallow enough, you can hit down on driver all day long. The average player shouldn't try to hit up on anything.

I bet that went 285

The tee after impact is pure sex
Teeing the ball high helps encourage top player to hit the ball in the upswing. This in turn helps decrease the spin and increase the distance the ball goes. Teeing the ball low has the opposite effect. Causes golfers to hit the ball in the downswing and increase spin and decrease distance. Getting it right v getting wrong is around 12% difference in distance.
