LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars walkthrough! This is the Asajj Ventress "branch" of levels, and the Blue Shadow Virus level.

I don't know the exact story behind the virus, I'm guessing it's something like small pox or anthrax where the enemy has it when they shouldn't and could (and probably will) wipe out half the galaxy/planet/whatever. Either way, this is the longest level in this chapter, and is easy enough to get through.
