GOSPEL - God Our Sins Paying Everyone Life

The irreducible minimum of the gospel message can be communicated in an acrostic with six letters in it that happen to spell out the word "gospel".

G - God created us to be with Him. (Genesis 1-2)
O - Our sins separate us from God. (Genesis 3)
S - Sins cannot be removed by good deeds. (Genesis 4 - Malachi 4)
P - Paying the price for sin, Jesus died and rose again. (Matthew - Luke)
E - Everyone who trusts in Him alone has eternal life. (John)
L - Life with Jesus starts now and lasts forever. (Acts - Revelation)

I just got back from dare2share. It was amazing, I feel like a different person. I now trust that Jesus is my Savior, I'm going to heavan and I'm gonna tell at least 15 kids at my school about Christ and his plan.

@NexusCapital Yes, God continually forgives us as we rely on the righteousness of Christ alone for salvation. Our own righteousness, or "good", will not win us any favor with God, but in the same way, our own sin will not keep us from God's forgiveness once we have accepted Jesus' death in our place! And I'll make that trade because like he says, even my good deeds are rooted in my own selfishness. Look up 1 John 1:9 (the AMP version).

@Pakman314 true. some miss the big picture. no faith in the world can attest to love like the lord God the king of kings. The ultimate act of love, not just spoken but done. the surrender of infinite power so that those he loves may live. How cold a heart must be to not see such love. It is beautiful what was done.

@NexusCapital Yes and we still sin. God has declared us Righteous but are not made Righteous until we are in Heaven. However, this does not give us the right to sin. Check out Romans 6.

To all those who end up dissing the Christian faith i wonder what brings you to these videos anyway.You might think you want an avenue to enlighten us "silly" christians but the truth is it's just a front.It's your souls yearning for the truth you don't get anywhere else,looking for the coordinates that will bring you home(that place you no longer know where it is),but you are just too stubborn to realize it...i hope you do soon
