I bet all of you out there who do drills in training are not top swimmers? Drills are simply an excuse for not doing hard work. It's an easy option. Any swimmer will tell you this. Get real!!
@HitmonTee iunno but i think our coach said that to make it more interesting because we had different groups age ranging from 7-18, but name means nothing really =] just how the exercise is done
well thats what my coach called it..freestyle but you leave one hand extended, and the other hand does the stroke and with the extended hand you keep it extended till the hand which did the stroke extends then you do the stroke with the hand that was extended first...get it? you basically do freestyle really slow and it helps you work on your technique
