Making a Cappuccino

In an earlier episode of the show we met Giorgio Milos, the Master Barista from Illy coffee and told us about how to make the perfect espresso. This week we got him to make the perfect cappuccino for us.

I think it also has to do with the size of the cup. These are (in my opinion) a little to big to call a cappuccino. Cappuccino is three equal parts of espresso, hot milk and foamed milk.

Americans (crazy ppl sometimes) like to do everything BIG. To fucking big. Sometimes stuff has to be subtle. delicate. fine. NOT BIG, LARGE, XXL.

Illy's own cappuccino cups are perfect. if you poor milk like that in those, it could be called cappuccino. In the american buckets it's a latte for sure.

I just don't get it! I thought Cappucinos are more foamy, that looks like a latte to me. What tha hell??????
